About the event
This event is for everyone! Grace Lutheran is working together with Redwood County Sheriff’s Office, including Sheriff Jason Jacobson, to do a safety assessment review of the church. This includes providing the congregation an overview of ALICE Training. ALICE stands for Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, and Evacuate. Sheriff Jacobson will review the building prior to the Sunday February 8th worship service and will provide information to anyone interested following the service to help people to have more information on what to do in a safety-emergency situation. Sheriff Jacobson has professional training and has helped other churches and business with similar plans and information to consider in regard to different situations that could potentially occur. If you have questions or want more information, please contact council member Tom Anderson. Refreshments will be served.
